It was a beautiful wedding weekend in Pittsburgh..

Here’s a peek at the flowers from two of last weekend’s weddings…

The bridesmaids bouquets from our first featured wedding were designed in a soft, romantic pink and lavender palette, featuring peonies, roses, spray roses, lisiathus and stock. The flowers looked like they were fresh-picked from a garden!

The reception at the Hilton Garden Inn, Southpointe, had alternating tall and low centerpieces made of hydrangea, peonies, roses, and stock.

Our other featured wedding had bridesmaids carrying bright yellow bouquets of Asiatic lilies, roses and gerbera daisies with variegated pittosporum.  This was a dramatic effect against royal blue bridesmaid dresses, as reflected in the royal blue ribbon stem wrap.

Weddings, conventions and graduations…

The weekend after Mother’s Day proved even busier for us than the weekend before! May is the start of the wedding season in Pittsburgh, and this week we designed wedding flowers for three different bridal parties. We also provided green and blooming plants for various graduations, and for the International Quilt Market, which was held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

Bouquets from two of our featured weddings are showcased below:

Photos from an August wedding…

One of our summer brides just shared some of her photos with us.  The photographer was Dean from Bella Pictures.

She writes in her email:

“I had done my ordering from NY, so completely long-distance and over phone and email.  Based on my email, you guys created exactly what I had pictured in my mind.  I loved the flowers and am so grateful for your beautiful work.  Thank you very much!”

Thank you, Sheila, for sharing!
